Vocab. Vocabulary
The Vocabulary vocabulary is a service OMOP vocabulary. It includes a list of all vocabularies represented in OMOP vocabularies. These concepts are used to fill the vocabulary table in CDM.
The Concept Class vocabulary is created and supported by the vocabulary team.
The concept names refer to the vocabularies integrated from various sources or created de novo in OMOP CDM.
All concepts are assigned with the same concept code ‘OMOP generated’.
All concepts in the Vocabulary vocabulary are non-Standard.
All concepts in the Vocabulary vocabulary belong to the Metadata domain.
All concepts in the Vocabulary vocabulary belong to the Vocabulary concept class.
Concepts in the Vocabulary vocabulary are used for reference only and do not have either hierarchical or attribute relationships to other concepts.
