Combine multiple CSVs (e.g., many species) from multiple paths (e.g., many, many folders) and export them as a single CSV for each species. Particularly useful if you are working with datasets from multiple sources and you want to combine and prepare a species detection/nondetection matrix. The output can be used for occupancy analysis (but not limited to it).
And other scripts to clean data. This is in the making. I will upload more in due course of time.
