Since NDK r27, debug sections of libraries from the bundled sysroot are compressed with zstd. It is necessary to enable the zstd support for ld.bfd.

It is a minor release so I suppose it should not break
ldcandldd. But Ildccurrently fails to be rebuilt. Can someone please check compatibility withldcand report here or merge please?
