ROX-26360: OCM AuthType Deleted and Replaced

Description

OCM AuthType and related configuration deleted from Fleet Manager Client AuthenticatedClientWithOCM---> replaced with AuthenticatedClientWithStaticToken.

And related E2E tests for OCM Authentication Deleted
