The project works locally and has also an online version for testing deployed in heroku: https://murmuring-castle-47407.herokuapp.com/
The project is a customized version of the "Learn Ruby on Rails, Heroku" by Leo Trieu. The simple steps to get it running locally are:

Download or clone the project.

Open the project in the text editor of choice.

Open the terminal and type the following command:
rails server

The project will open in the preferred browser and you'll be able to use the app. If not, open the browser in the localhost:3000 port.

You may now navigate through the app.

The landing page is the "Videos" section, but you can see/use the other sections aswell.
