Description

Fixes the reactivity bug in Vue 3 plus contains improvements for the website emulator.

In addition we have a new key (shared) for the piral.json, which allows (more conveniently) to add exports from the app shell to the pilets. Note, however, that our recommendation is still to avoid such things, as pilets should be as independent as possible from the app shell (at least be independent of the specifics).
