🐛 Hirsh v0.0.2: Bug Fixes

This is a bug fix release that covers the following issues:

• #3 Hirsh service did not started after device reboot (#4)
• Notifier failed if the network was not available at the moment of sending notifications. The error was silenced for now. Will think about better approaches in issue the #1

Improvements:

• Allowed to configure monitor frequency (1m is the default still)
