It needs to be updated or deleted, not sure which. IIUC, the main/only use of this file is that when people open an issue, they see this "report security vulnerability":
As an alternative to posting an issue so that we are contacted in private and can fix the vulnerability before making it public. It might make more sense to just remove it before making users go from new issue page to security policy page back to issue. |
