What's in this Pull Request?
New code sample in the form of a SPFx WebPart that can be hosted in SharePoint and Teams.
The WebPart shows (explicit and implicit) shared documents from a Teams/Site perspective (as opposed to only showing what is Shared With/By You), this will help in getting more insights and control in governing documents. This is one the first steps to better understand what is happening on a particular site/Teams environment.
