db_blobs_* entries in instance.yaml like db_blobs_location are not deprecated but seem to be broken

In my local setup, I see that db_blobs_location is now ignored and the default path to the blobs is used. With deprecated I assume the entries still work but throw a warning that they will be removed in a later version.

@jensens Was this your intention and is deprecated the wrong name, or should the db_blobs_* still work in version 2.1.1 and this this a bug?
