How to update Operator Version in redhat marketplace operators

1. Fork the repository: https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/redhat-marketplace-operators
2. Create a Pull Request: https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/redhat-marketplace-operators/pull/163/files

You can get these files from: operator/bundles/<pick-latest-version> or you can create new version with olm.sh script.

Notice minio-operator-rhmp you have to match this in the title, in the package and before clusterserviceversion.yaml

Version has to match in the title and in the path, no need to put v but if you does, then do it in the title and in the path
