This is a minor HobbitSpeedrunTools release featuring some small fixes.
- Fixed HobbitSpeedrunTools not hooking to the game after it's restarted
- Made the Instant Clipwarp cheat less aggressive in how it forces the clipwarp to avoid unintentional side effects
- Added back some NMG level saves that were removed on accident
