Allow direct-link to view dora-metrics of a team

Why do we need this ?

• On the teams page, all the teams are rendered as cards
• One should be allowed to click a view-button on the card that:
  • selects the team
  • redirects to the dora-page, showing dora-data of the team

I'd like to take this up, should be relatively straightforward. Could you explain a bit more about selecting the card? I assume you're talking about going to the metrics of the card upon clicking, not sure about what happens after selecting. Group delete, maybe?

i would want a tiny pill-button in our purple-theme color, right above the edit icon on every card.
we can discuss the position later as well.
