First release with working pipeline

This is the first version of the software. It is in active development and not to be considered stable. However, it contains many useful "building blocks" that already work, including classes and methods for converting raw hyperspectral images to radiance and radiance to reflectance, and for converting raw spectra to calibrated irradiance spectra.
