We want to support the migration effort, and yet ease the maintenance of the existing clusters (migrate off puppet).
Doing some cleanup and removing configuration and hosts that are no longer part of the project. grep has migrated to the k8s cluster, gh.metacpan.org isn't functional and hasn't been for some time now. The other clusters are not running containers.

These playbooks are no longer in use for deploying to any of the clusters. Removing the tests so as not to block real work.

The goal is to start cleaning up the Ansible in order to support the existing clusters (migrating off of Puppet) while we transition to the containerized k8s implementation.
