The installers for Ubuntu and Windows. Both installers contain the source code and the Licence (GNU Affero GPL), but
- the instaler for Ubuntu does not include Qt libraries; these have to be installed using apt or other package manager.
- the installer for Windows does include the necessary Qt libraries.
