Right now this may or may not compile. Please don't use this repo
for simulations the moment. I'm trying to build it in a more sane manner :)

Compiling

In a separate build directory type:

cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=ReleaseWithDebugInfo /path/to/source/code
make
