To get the tests to pass I needed to disable the esm.sh provider test, as something seems to have changed there that an export resolution is no longer working. |

This reinstates the reinstall feature as the means to do a lock install, given that a normal
installis upgrading like an npm install andfreezeis now deprecated` for link installs.
