@konnov reported to me that we were not showing the seed when the simulation fails with a runtime error. This fixes that, and also moves seed printing to output stage so we cover all cases with a single statement. This makes it so the seed is always printed on the same place (after all other messages and before the final
error:), so I updated the tests to match this new orderCHANGELOG.mdfor any new functionalityREADME.mdupdated for any listed functionality
