Remove battery device class from bmw secondary sensor

Remove the BATTERY device class from the fuel_and_battery.charging_target sensor, as this sensor also having the device class, leads to the device in HA not showing the battery correctly in the top right corner (and actually this should just not be of class BATTERY)
