In this milestone, we want to finish the documentation that describes the methods and results of the analyses. We also intend to conduct additional analyses and update the documentation as needed.
The documentation should be finished and ready to be published.
It should describe the methods used to create the database, the data sources, and the logic of the various scripts in detail.
Ideally, each gene has a rendered page with all of the information available for that gene.
