Raw data to be used as submodule in cloud energy repo
The cpu_* data is mostly scraped from the Intel ARK website and also partially copied from David Mytton.
Just run the get_spec_data.sh and it will get the newest version of the data.
This file must be run with bash. zsh is not supported.
