Currently the Kuksa approach is to update dependencies (except security related) manually, i.e. we will not updated Linux or Python version just because a new version exists, that is rather a deliberate decision. Currently kuksa.val.services is the only repo where we have general dependency updates, and that does not really makes sense. So I suggest that we remove it for kuksa.val.services
The result of this change is that PRs like #80, #93 and #93 not will be created.
Security-related dependencies may still be updated, that is handled by a separate mechanism.
