- Возвращает ховер-эффекты ссылкам в хэдере;
- Возвращает подчёркивания заголовкам разделов в нижней секции;
- Заодно убирает подчёркивания у ссылок на соцсети, потому что они странно выглядят;
- (пересортировывает правила, потому что линтер заставил).
