Download the plugin from TopVoteNPC. Upload the plugin to the plugins folder of your PocketMine-MP server. Restart your server.
After installing the plugin, you can customize the plugin configuration by editing the config.yml file located in the plugin data folder. put your API key in the config.yml file.
