1 . you need to have a access to Microsoft Ngram . So , send a mail to the admin requesting a key 
    http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/collaboration/focus/cs/web-ngram.aspx

    get the token from the admin giving the details about our project

    Get one token so that everyone who is doing this can use it .
