Qogir cursors for windows

Download/Clone this repository and unzip.
Right click on install.inf.
Click 'Install' from the context menu, and authorise the modifications to your system.
Open Control Panel > Personalisation and Appearance > Change mouse pointers, and select Qogir Cursors.
Click 'Apply'.
