Given a CSV file obtained from converting an XLS to CSV in LibreOffice, will clean invalid users, set correct emails and phones and export them in a CSV compatible with Google Contacts import.
Also adds ISSADB as Source to be able to import the file in a CRM, for example.
Rudimentary script, needs refactor.
