Still need to implement basic functionalities to the methods and tests for head and post. Refs: #4
The TornadoTranport will exist even if tornado is not installed but when it is instatiated will display a warning and instructions about how to install peasant with tornado support. This change also fix the cyclomatic complexity too high when the TornadoTransport is declared inside a try statement. Refs: #4
