As a follow-up to #5632, I noticed that when viewing the issue templates on my phone, the awkward line breaks are a problem in the other text strings, not just the intro (which was fixed by #5632).
To make the text easier to read on any size screen, this PR adjusts the line breaks in the issue templates so that they are at the end of each sentence.
