Update flac, liblo, libsndfile, libvorbis, opus, portmidi, and mpg123 versions. Add support for detecting the correct Homebrew package root directory based on the macOS architecture.

I built pyo with recent homebrew dependencies and liblo had a new version where two type changed. I fixed all the warnings and errors caused by that.
