This project builds on bowron-ssn and seeks to be a fully open source implementation.
This repository is preliminary R language workflow to model stream temperatures using openSTARS (an open source implementation of STARS) and ssn.
Field campaigns in 2018 and 2019 instrumentated stream locations with both water and air temperature sensors, and with relative humidity sensors.

This project is an active multi-year project. Each summer, new stream and air temperature records will be collected on the field and added to the model.
