Brief about the project

Connect Life is a social media web application system designed to help people connect virtually within VIT with full administrative control for the administrators. It is designed and implemented in the real world with user-friendliness and calculated marketing and engineering-standard requirements in mind. The project has several deliverables and milestones that has been be achieved, including research work, website multiple blueprint generation, data scraping, data collection and analysis of tradeoffs, hard coding and developing codebase for home page, configuration of database functionalities, sign up and log in, project development, deployment, testing, debugging, feature enhancement.

How to install

* When you sign up to the first time into your social network, you will be the main admin of website and you can add more admins from Dashboard > users > Edit/Delete .

1. First of all, Download the script and extract it on your device.
2. Open your phpMyAdmin and create new database and call it ConnectLife.
3. Import ConnectLife.sql to your new database that you created, you can find ConnectLife.sql from ConnectLife folder that you extracted, in database folder.
4. Edit connect.php file from config > connect.php, set username and password and database name to your DB name ,pass and username.
5. upload ConnectLife folder to your host.
6. Enjoy it.
