Unable to grant notification permission or Restricted Setting

Issue

Android introduced restricted setting on android 13 and above https://support.google.com/android/answer/12623953?sjid=3702608675861705680-AP#allowrestrictedsettings

Kindly follow the steps to fix

• go to app info page,
• press the three dots on app info page, click on allow restricted setting.
