What is that?

This is a CMS (for Content Management System), a software to easily make websites.

This is still very early, a lot of things aren't here/done yet.

When it will be usable?

We don't know when, but it will be usable when it will be in version 1.0.0.

Who made this?

It's made currently by only one person, Rix565.
