MedPad v0.7

• Added apple2 module
• Added Port Type as command line argument
• Fixed a crash when can't be detected XInput device
• Fixed a crash in existent per-game config, without detected input parameters
• Now MedPad can read a specific mm.txt file at startup with a list of mednafen module, this is useful to make medpad always compatible with "eventually" supported new mednafen module without touch source code but adding only the module reference in this file
• Prevent double detection of same pad
• Prevent error on mednafen pad list in any circumstance
• Small bug fix on detecting input on mednafen config file
