Edited rclone.conf and some other stuff. Added comments to code so people know what some lines or things do.

Fixed Bot Going offline during tasks, and other stuff idk I don't really keep track, check commits.

CloneCord V5

First GitHub release. CloneCord V5 out now lol

Includes Heroku & Docker release. Just download everything rather than the Docker and Heroku files if you want to use the Python script only
