Release Version v1.0.0

Release with following functionalities:

• Tracking of current location with all 4 NUTS Levels within Germany
• History of NUTS Level 1 and 3 items for 24h (small issue with store clearing here, but generally works)
• Collection for NUTS Level 1 (states) items and progress tracking of visited states
• German language version

First Test Version

First kind of working version of the app to be tested out in the field. Not optimized. Probably some ugly code. Probably some bugs (at least on some devices/android versions).
Feel free to download and test.
Make sure to give the app foreground and background location tracking permission (especially important on Android >9.0)! There is no fallback implemented yet, if the app doesn't have background location tracking permissions. It just wont work then. Also there is no working widget yet :) Also the app probably wont work on iOS :)
