Commercial Detection and Removal is now working and enabled by default.

Other Changes include:

• Cache the retrieved theTVDb.com API key so we make fewer hits to the API.
• Added option to backup the original media file before processing it.
• Reworked command line options and improved command line help
• Added support for renaming special shows (eg: Season 0 shows)
• Fixed using extended details in show file names

The Rename

MediaTool now has full rename support working. Commercial detection, removal with ffmpeg and transcoding is in progress, but not ready for use.
