The purpose of this project is to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate technical results to a non-technical audience.
This project is using Linear Regression algorithms after extensive data wrangling to predict the average daily listing price in pounds.
A high R2 score of 0.95 was obtained, with a median absolute error of around £10
