Some of the new animations where already in the 2.9 bundle but not in the manifest.

- Manifest will have the minimum version needed of AnimationLoader
- If the version needed is higher a warning massage will be logged

- NeckDonorId option in manifest can be configured per character in the animation
- The NeckDonorId does not have to be the same for every character. For certain animations different NeckDonorId's works better.
