Important: The primary platform for the project is CentOS 7, only this one is tested and guaranteed to work. For the client side (cfy CLI), also the Debian/Ubuntu systems are documented, but you may experience problems with incompatible interpreters or library versions.

Deploy

Steps to deploy the Gromacs portal:

1. Deployment Architecture
2. Requirements:
   1. Cloudify CLI
   2. Cloudify Manager (optional, only for advanced deployment)
   3. one of host provisioners:
      1. OCCI CLI
      2. Host Pool service
   4. Access to Gromacs portal source. This code is not open source, request access with us. Approval by the original authors (Alexandre Bonvin's lab) will be required.
