The Eye of Maria

The Eye of Maria is a project developed for Hack the Deep, American Museum of Natural Historys 4th annual BridgeUP: STEM hackathon to tackel the challenge of creating animations and interactive tools to understand the motion of sailing objects in the vicinity of a hurricane. (x)

We began to parse and translate the geospatial data collected by Dr Lind-Atichati using ocean drifters and ocean floats during the period 8/27/2018 - 10/16/2017 from its orginial netCDF format to a more accessible geojson file from the affected region.
