Releases: DreamyCecil/AdvancedMultiplayer2
Public Beta 2
More like a public alpha.
This second release took way too long to be released and there are a few reasons for that. Most important ones are:
- Too many new features without proper testing.
- These aforementioned features being left unfixed and unfinished.
I decided not to wait for the third year and just release this second "beta" version as it is. Some features are still incomplete and the mod may still desynchronize and crash in multiplayer despite being primarily designed for it. Should work good enough if you're playing by yourself though.
Also I meant to release it multiple times this year (May, July and even in September) but something kept coming up which discouraged me from doing so. Enjoy at your own risk.
New features since 2.0-pb1
- On-screen player tags that tell you where each player is (Cooperative mode only).
- Keep Collected Weapons & Shared Weapons options.
- Special fireworks for Christmas gibs (only during the festive period).
- Player voice commands.
- First person viewmodel mirroring (switching weapon to the left hand).
- Customizable sets of weapons and ammunition (still Work In Progress).
- Dynamic class replacement per level.
- Customizable dummy enemies.
- Dual weapons mode (like in Serious Sam 4).
- Gravity multiplier option.
- Automatic The First Encounter map detection and conversion.
- Reworked Cooperative support for Singleplayer maps.

Go to Options -> Advanced Options in-game to access new option configs:
