Bowline 2.x

High level changes

  1. Create a new docker image to hold all, or as much as possible, of the bowline functionality.
  2. Compatible with Kubernetes and/or other container hosting solutions.
  3. File synchronization to work with remote sandboxes.
  4. More free use of any docker images instead of the default bowline image. Perhaps use the official Drupal image as the default instead of the bowline image.
