COMOKIT v2.0

An all-in-one distribution of the final COMOKIT v2.0 (including a Java Virtual Machine, GAMA 1.9.2 and COMOKIT itself), together with a comprehensive set of guidelines and documentation, allows anyone to quickly experiment with the model and build their own extensions or applications in a matter of minutes.

Usage note

If you're planning to use COMOKIT-macro, you'll first need to install the GenStar plugin for GAMA 1.9.2.

To do so, you'll first need to open the GAMA software. Then, in the top bar, select Support > Install new Plugins.... In the new window, choose the experimental URL (https://updates.gama-platform.org/experimental/1.9.2) and in the Optional components of GAMA, select the sub-entry Genstar. From there, click Next and follow the installation instructions as presented.

• 784e3ce - Bug fix when Individuals get infected in Hospital and Outside - Previously, CSV files for the cumulative incidence of one building type would contain an empty column at the end of the file, invalidating its initial structure, due to Hospital and Outside being derived species of the Building species and not having any given type. Both now have a given type, which correspond to Hospital and Outside respectively.
