Install

sudo chmod +x MultiTelegram.sh
sudo cp MultiTelegram.sh /usr/bin/

Using

$ MultiTelegram.sh       Telegram-Work
$ MultiTelegram.sh       Telegram-Friend           telegram-desktop
$ MultiTelegram.sh       Telegram-ResearchScope    /usr/bin/telegram-desktop
