  1. Add AssetType and ManifestName in the report HTML file 

    Description:

   Rename "Migration Result" to "MigrateResult",
   Rename "Migration URL" to "OutputPath"

   Add AssetType and ManifestName column.

   Adjust the length of each column.

   Customer can combine OutputPath and ManifestName, add .mpd or m3u8 to generate the final streaming URL.
