High level user Stories

1. The software shall allow the user to upload their CVs.
User can upload their CV to the website by pressing a button and selecting the CV to be uploaded.

2. The software shall allow applicants to search for job posts.
User can search for jobs by name and location. The related job posts will then be displayed

3. The software shall allow employers to upload job posts.
User can input a job description, company name, job position, and other details. This information will be visible to applicants, through which they can apply for the job.

4. The software shall match job posts with applicants' CVs.
User (employer) can have their job post be matched with an array of applicants who've opted to upload their CV.
