splitting up functional-javascript

I've started work splitting up functional-javascript-worshop into more focussed, easily digestable chunks.

First installment is es5-workshop, which will solely focus on ES5 stuff:

At the moment it's just the array methods stuff from functional-javascript-workshop.

Next step is to break all the "functions" lessons out and turn that into an isolated workshop. People still really struggle with first class functions and async, aim is to solve that.
